IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE BRIDAL INDUSTRY

We have been asked by the Bridal Industry to make all brides aware of the risks of ordering gowns from the internet.

There are numerous sites that claim you can receive the designer gown of your choice at a greatly reduced price.

We can assure all our customers that none of our designers sell on the internet and can only be ordered through a bricks and mortar "Authorised Stockist".

Points that brides need to be aware of when purchasing over the internet are:

• You may NOT receive a gown but will have paid in full.

• High risk of receiving a faulty dress with no recourse to the supplier (i.e. no refund if not satisfied).

• Wrong sizes as the UK sizes are different to other countries.

• The images of gowns used for ordering purposes have been obtained without the permission of the designers. Therefore the gown you receive will be a counterfeit, which will not be of the same fabric, detail and of the same high quality finish and may only slightly resemble the gown you ordered.

• Internet sites will not show duty and shipping taxes, which can exceed £200 and is payable on delivery.

Lastly we must remind customers that the purchase of your gown is likely to be the most important thing in your life and the dangers of buying blind may result in ruining the biggest day of your life.
